Jiddu Krishnamurti: A Bibliographical Guide is not merely a descriptive record of the many books, articles and Poems by Krishnamurti, as well as-works about him, that were published during 1972 to 1982. It also includes certain items that should have been listed in the main work which was published by E.J.Brill, Leiden, Netherlands in 1974.
The bibliographical information presented herein has been embellished in many places with numerous quotations. These aphoristic passages contain the gist of a Book or an article; the sheer beauty and depth of Krishnamurti's pithy sayings warranted their inclusion. There are also selected extracts from certain rare works by other writers because these are now either out-of-print or seldom available even in well-stocked Libraries and archives.
The published literature on Krishnamurti is growing by leaps and bounds. More and more people throughout the World are becoming seriously interested in the teachings of this great sage. Like the freshness of the early morning dew or the glory of a majestic Mountain range in the Distance or the immensity of the vast blue sky, Krishnamurti's books, too, never lose their freshness, charm and appeal; they can never become boring or tedious but will always continue to satisfy man's Spiritual thirst from the very waters of Life. |
