The present work is an English translation of Atiprabandham in Tamil by Manavala-mamuni. The present work has dialogical purpose. Manavalamamuni's contribution through this simple poem draws our attention to a few basic aspects of Vaisnava Tradition which are theologically significant. This is not said in the Sense that there are certain points of common Interest to all Religions such as the role of grace or a Guru in the quest for the ultimate freedom or salvation. But the point is to Focus on the unique way a particular tradition articulates its understanding of grace and salvation and to bring to the awareness of other seekers of salvation such questions that keep on challenging towards fresh thinking and orientation.
