DESCRIPTION
Instruction is process or act of imparting knowledge; teaching; education infact, instruction is the key point in entire educational process. As such, supervision of instruction is of prime importance. The teacher adopts certain methods of teaching for various subjects. The teacher applies different methods for teaching languages, science, fine arts and other subjects. The supervisor expected to have worked in a school before becoming the supervisors are paid by the state they have to keep in mind the interests of the states. The democratic government have their interests which are to be safeguarded in the educational institutions and the part supervisor plays a very important part in this work.
