ABOUT THE BOOK:-

The text 'Svasthavritta' compiled by Dr. Ghanashyam Dora is a comparative expression of the basic therapeutic approach of ancient Indian System of Medicines and modern facts and trends meant for maintenance and promotion of good health, prevention of diseases and cure of illness.
