It is generally believed that 10% population of the world especially in the developed countries is both physically and mentally handicapped. In countries like India the number of handicapped person become very high in view of very thickly populated areas of India. The Handicapped people become a source of pity and helplessness, and a burdon on the society. But if they are properly counselled and given guidance they can be converted in helpful and productive Members of the society.
